As someone who is usually critical about customer service, I was quite impressed with the service I received from Gearbox Select. I had my BMW 330d in as the gear changes had become a little harsh acting up intermittently. Jason, whom I dealt with was extremely knowledgeable. He had the car completed within the promised time frame and at the lower end of the quoted price range. It's been a week or so since the repair and the car runs beautifully.
